Meet Glenn Brown, DMD, Esq.

Glenn A. Brown received his Bachelor (AB) Degree from Harvard University in 1975. He then went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 1980, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1982.
In 1983, Dr. Brown became the President and Dental Director of the multi-specialty group dental practice, About Your Smile, P.C., then located in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Brown helped to plan, develop, and direct a comprehensive dental health program for this facility, and he currently implements this program by supervising staff as well as performing consultations and procedures.
In 2003, Dr. Brown earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout the course of his educational career, Dr. Brown received several honors, including Outstanding Oral Advocacy, Best Paper and Dean’s List for 3 semesters, and Distinguished Class Performance. He was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in April 2003. Over the course of the next 5 years, Dr. Brown was admitted to the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Bar of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Court, the New Jersey State Bar, New Jersey District Court, the District of Columbia Bar, the Delaware State Bar, Delaware District Court, and the Bar of the US Supreme Court.
In 2003, Dr. Brown founded Real World Law, P.C. Today, Real World Law is conveniently located in Delaware County of Upper Darby, PA, and New Castle County of Wilmington, DE. Real World Law attorneys specialize in real estate, personal and business bankruptcy, commercial business, serious personal injury, and medical malpractice law. They are experienced in business organization, litigation, contracts review, and other business-related matters, such as forming partnerships, S corporations, non-profit entities, and limited liability company (LLC) formation.
Dr. Brown has a great deal of legal experience, especially within the field of Quiet Title Action, where he successfully represented a client in restoring a title to her home that had been fraudulently transferred without her knowledge.
In the area of child support, Dr. Brown has successfully represented a client in a child support action against a significant NBA player.
As for eminent domain, Dr. Brown has successfully represented clients whose property had been condemned by a government agency.
With regards to commercial transactions, Dr. Brown has successfully defended actions where a check cashing agency attempted collection of a 5 figure check on which payment had been stopped.
Dr. Brown also has a significant amount of experience in business management. Throughout the course of his career, he has been responsible for the direction and management of businesses, products, programs and services. He has planned, directed and managed an operational, financial, and personnel budget in excess of $1,000,000 to ensure optimum efficiency and quality control and compliance. He has also prepared a healthcare clinic for opening by helping organize operating capital, cash and construction budgets.
In addition to these tasks, Dr. Brown also oversees the planning, implementing and evaluating of healthcare services, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, state and federal regulations. He has supervised a staff of 18 and managed human resources programs including recruitment, benefits, performance evaluations, training, and employee relations matters. Dr. Brown has also organized preparation, analysis, and review of procurement services, equipment, materials, supplies, and technical products, as well as managed renovation projects and arranged improvements in workspace efficiency to ensure facility safety.
Dr. Brown has a number of professional affiliations as a result of his accomplishments. He is a founding Board Member and former Treasurer of the African-American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He has served as a Board Member of several prominent organizations, such as the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Philadelphia, the Urban League of Philadelphia Leadership Institute, the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute, the Barristers Association of Philadelphia, and the Greater Philadelphia Health Action Community Health Center. He is the Treasurer of A Better Chance in Lower Merion, Inc. and had been Treasurer at Lutheran Children and Family Services of Philadelphia. He has also served as an officer at the West Philadelphia NAACP Branch and the ChessPenn Community Health Center.
